Frequently Asked Questions

What is life coaching and how can it help me with PCOS?

Life coaching is a collaborative, goal‑focused process that helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and create practical steps toward the life you want. In my practice, I support women with PCOS emotionally and mentally by helping you rewrite unhelpful stories, set realistic goals that honour your body, and feel less alone in your journey. I don’t provide medical advice; instead, I focus on mindset, self‑worth, and everyday life with PCOS.

Do you give medical advice or create treatment plans for PCOS?

No. I am not a doctor, dietitian, or medical professional, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My coaching is designed to complement your medical care by offering emotional support, confidence building, and practical tools for self‑advocacy and goal‑setting while you work with your healthcare team.

How long is a typical coaching session?

A typical 1:1 coaching session is about 60 minutes. During this time, we’ll check in on how you’re feeling, explore what’s currently challenging you, and work through specific tools or strategies to support your confidence, mindset, and goals.

What happens in a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free, no‑pressure conversation where we talk about your PCOS journey, what you’re struggling with, and what you’d love to change or feel instead. I’ll explain how my coaching works, answer any questions you have, and we’ll both get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. From there, you can decide if you’d like to move forward with coaching.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

The number varies depending on your goals and progress. Some clients see significant changes in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support for lasting transformation.

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is very important to me. Everything you share in sessions is kept confidential, except in rare situations where I am legally or ethically required to report (for example, immediate risk of harm). I do not share your personal information or story without your explicit consent.

Is coaching right for me if I’m already seeing a therapist or doctor?

Yes, many clients work with both a therapist or doctor and a coach. Therapy often focuses on healing and mental health treatment, while coaching focuses on your present and future—your goals, habits, and confidence. My role is to support your mindset and daily life with PCOS, not to replace medical or mental health care.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is discussed openly and transparently during your discovery call. This gives us a chance to talk about your needs, the package that best fits you, and any questions you may have before you decide to move forward. There is no pressure to commit during the call.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged as a full session, depending on the circumstances. All of this will be clearly outlined in your coaching agreement before we start working together.
